PolyWorld! is a UGC Sandbox platform created and developed by Crzy mainly in the C programming language, the platform launched on the 30th of May with the release of the browser client following around a week after.
PolyWorld! aims to recreate the core experience of classic Roblox, with features such as a studio with lua support, extensive avatar customization and a full client.
Overview
PolyWorld! is an online platform built around the community, inspired from the early years of Roblox where anyone can make anything, the main focus of the platform is user-generated content in the form of games and avatar items. Similar to Roblox, PolyWorld! has blocky avatars with 6 body parts.
The game can be downloaded from the Offical Downloads, and supports platforms such as Windows, Linux and Android, with MacOS and iOS support coming soon.
PolyWorld! originally also had a WebAssembly Version for the web, but it has recently been sunset in favor of the app client being easier to maintain and update.
The Community
Currently there are 70 users registered on PolyWorld!, and the community is growing more each day.
Majority of people in the community reside in the Forums or the Discord server of the game, where updates and features are announced. The community consists of UGC catalog item creators, builders, scripters, and many more talented people.
